Thank you for selecting Lakehouse Solutions finish line services for you event! These pages will provide you with information necessary to run a smooth and well integrated timing tent. Here's a quick summary:
Client Provided Equipment
Please have the following equipment ready for us 2 hours before the first race:
- One 10x10 canopy tent, with three sides installed. Secure tent to the ground with weights or tie-downs.
- Two 6' tables and three chairs.
- Stable AC power (120v, 15A minimum).
- 2-way radios to communicate with the Starter (we will provide backup radios).
Also please provide the following:
- A runner that can pick-up and post results to your board throughout the day.
- Lunch for 2 people during the mid-day break.
You should have near and far finish line markers. If you need help setting this up, let us know two weeks before the event.
Optional Facebook and Media Package
We additionally offer the following services:
- Upload results, available finish line photos, and advancements to your Facebook page feed.
We will need your Facebook page and also Editor rights. - Finish line videos displayed on site.
You will need to supply a large flat screen monitor and power in a sheltered location. We will provide HDMI output of the finish line videos. Your runner will need to insert a USB key into the supplied media computer after each race.
